Run the shop,
not the chase.
Rent collected without the texts. Every bay, or every job and every tech, on one board. And the tools that keep every bay busy, right on your people's phones.
See inside SuperDrive Shop →Rent out bays or run a team. SuperDrive fits either one.
Some shops work like a barbershop: the owner rents the bays and the mechanics keep their own customers. Others have a team on payroll. Pick yours when you sign up.
- Rent asks for itselfOn the due date, each renter gets a tap to pay by bank transfer. No more texting anyone about money.
- Deposits and notice follow a ruleOne month's deposit, 30 days' notice, or whatever your terms are. Every payment has a timestamp.
- One board for every bayWho's in which bay, paid or due, and what each bay brought in this month.
- Totals, never their businessYou see each bay's revenue. Your renters' customers and line items stay theirs. That's why they'll put every job on it.
- Work a bay yourself?Your own bay never pays rent, and you get every tool your mechanics get.
- The shop is the proCustomers see your shop's name. Card money lands in the shop's account.
- Jobs by stage, and who's on themWaiting on a yes, in the bay, waiting on parts, finished. One board for the whole floor.
- Access by roleGive each person a title and an access level. Front desk quotes and bills. Techs see the job without prices or customer phone numbers.
- "Work finished" goes to the frontThe tech taps it from the bay. The front desk gets it and sends the bill. Nobody walks the floor looking for the owner.
- Notes stay insideShop notes on a job are for the team, never the customer.
Not just repair.
Each kind of shop starts with services named for its work, so quotes and history read right from day one. You set every price. SuperDrive never suggests one.
Every dollar on record. None of it held by us.
Rent by bank transfer
0.8% and $5 at most, not a card fee on $1,500. Requested on the due date, with a record of every payment.
Cash and Zelle count
Mark a job paid cash or Zelle. It's free, always, and the job still lands in the car's history and your totals.
Card in the app
Customers pay from the invoice in SuperDrive: Car Care. The money goes to your Stripe account, or your renter's.
Free daily payout
Card money moves to your bank automatically, every day, at no charge.

Every payment timestamped
Rent, deposits, and jobs, each with a date and how it was paid. No more "did you get my Zelle?"
A busier bay is a better month for you.
Your mechanics, techs, and their customers all use SuperDrive too. Here's what they get.
Bigger tickets, fewer callbacks.
Quotes by voice from the bay, change orders the customer approves by tap, and follow-ups on the work customers passed on. Your renters make more, and they stay.
Written quotes. No surprises at pickup.
In SuperDrive: Car Care, free for them, they approve item by item, pay how they pay, and keep the whole history under their VIN.
Built next, with the shops using it.
Straight answers.
Will my renters see each other's business?
No. Each mechanic's customers, quotes, and prices are theirs alone. As the owner you see each bay's revenue total and rent status. Never customers or line items.
My guys get paid cash and Zelle. Does that still work?
Yes. They mark the job paid cash or Zelle, it's free, and it still counts in the history and in each bay's totals. Card is there when a customer wants it.
What does it cost?
SuperDrive is free for shop owners during the NYC launch. Card payments cost 4.5% + 30¢ each, only on card jobs. Rent by bank transfer costs 0.8%, $5 at most. Instant cash out to a debit card is 1.5%. The daily payout is free.
Do my customers have to download something?
Yes, SuperDrive: Car Care, free for them. It's where they approve quotes, pay, and keep their car's record and reminders. It costs them nothing.
We're a tire shop, not a mechanic. Does it fit?
Yes. Tire, body, engine, tint, wrap, audio, and specialty shops each start with their own services. You name your prices.
How do we get set up?
Fill in the form below. A real person calls you back, usually the same day, then comes to the shop to set up the bays and the people, and sticks around while the first jobs go through.
